Ocean Spray Cranberry Sauce Recipe
It is a super easy sauce to make. You have to mix the cranberries in water and simmer until the sauce thickens. The total process takes almost 40 minutes. However, the sauce takes about 2 hours to set.
Ingredients
- 12 oz Ocean Spray Cranberries (1 pack)
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Granulated sugar (you can also use brown sugar)
Instructions
- In a medium-sized saucepan, add water and sugar and whisk them together.
- Heat them on a medium flame until all the sugar is dissolved. Then boil the mixture on a high flame.
- Add the cranberries and stir well. Again boil the mixture.
- Simmer the sauce on a medium flame for 10 minutes while stirring from time to time.
- Transfer the sauce away from the heat and let it cool down to room temperature.
- Serve warm or chill the sauce in the refrigerator before serving for the best taste. Bon Appetit!
