Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 3 cups Cooking oil
  • 3 Sliced bananas
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup All purpose flour
  • cup Ice cold carbonated water
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Take a deep fry pan and pour vegetable oil in it. Heat cooking oil till it starts shimmering. 
  • Pick three bananas and peel them. Cut peeled bananas in half lengthwise. After cutting bananas lengthwise, slice the banana horizontally. Apart from this, you can cut spherical banana slices for fritters. 
  • Take a bowl and mix all-purpose flour, rice flour, baking powder, salt, and water. Whisk the mixture properly to make the lump-free batter.
  • Dip every slice of banana in the batter with the help of tongs.
  • Fry batter-dipped banana slices for 4-5 minutes at moderate flame.
  • Remove the fried banana tempura from the oil and place it on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve the cooked banana tempura with any side ingredient of your choice.
