Ingredients
  

  • lb Ground beef
  • lb Ground pork
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¾ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ tablespoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ tablespoon Onion powder
  • tablespoon Oregano Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh, Chopped Parsley
  • ¼ cup Red wine
  • ¼ cup Powdered Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper (upon taste)
  • Cooking spray

For Serving: 

  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 360 degrees for better cooking.
  • Grease the roasting or baking tray.
  • Take a mixing bowl and pour all the mentioned ingredients into it. Mix all the ingredients properly. 
  • Add breadcrumbs wisely depending upon the need. Sprinkle salt and pepper according to your taste. 
  • Mix the mixture properly and fry one ball to taste whether everything is perfect. 
  • Keep it marinating in the fridge for an hour. After this, make meatballs in the desired size and shape. 
  • Align meatballs carefully onto a greased roasting pan. Transfer your pan to the oven and continue cooking it for 35 minutes. 
  • Once it's cooked, remove excess oil by draining.
  • Pour your hot marinara sauce on the meatballs. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley to garnish the dish. Feel free to serve these delicious balls with any side dish.
