22 ounces white bread, you can use a different sized loaf of bread
The oven should be preheated to 350°F (150°C).
Remove the crust from the bread.
Hand-grate bread or pulse it once or twice in a food processor.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the bread on it.
Bake for five to seven minutes. Make sure the panko does not brown.
Remove the Panko bread crumbs from the oven. Store in jars once cooled.
