Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large portobello mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon concentrate
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated or powdered
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • Parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the parchment paper in a baking dish.
  • Remove the stems from the mushrooms and brush them with olive oil after they have been rinsed.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat with the remaining olive oil. Add onion and garlic to a bowl after sautéing for a few minutes.
  • Sautéed onion and garlic are combined with lemon concentrate, cheese, Italian seasoning, and bread crumbs. This filling should be stuffed into mushroom caps and gently pressed.
  • In the baking dish, place the mushrooms and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the cheese melts.
  • Parsley and parmesan cheese can be garnished on the baked mushrooms. Let's serve and enjoy!
