Ingredients
  

  • 750 grams Potatoes cubed
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • 1/3 cup Heavy Cream
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup Cooked Bacon
  • 1/3 cup Shredded Cheddar
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Scallions

Instructions
 

  • Cover potatoes with water in a pot. Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes or until fork-tender.
  • Put the cream and butter in the pot with the potatoes after drained. 
  • Then mash until well combined.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  • Put the mash in a baking dish, then top it with cheddar and bacon slices.
  • Melt cheese in the oven for 10 minutes at 400F.
  • To serve, top with scallions.
