Fried Crab Claws Recipe

Claws is a sweet and delicious recipe that’s a perfect side dish for a seafood feast. To prepare the claws of the crab, the flat bottom of the claw is cut into the shell, and the top portion of the claw is then removed. After cleaning the crab claws, it’s time to prepare something delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds pure lard
  • 1 pound corn flour 
  • 1/8 cup ground black pepper
  • 1/8 cup salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 pound crab claws

Instructions
 

  • Melt the lard in a pot and heat it until it is hot. Beat together eggs and milk in a bowl; stir together corn flour, pepper, and salt. Place crab claws in egg wash, then in flour.
  • Immediately add crab claws to the lard and stir to separate them. 
  • After frying until golden brown, remove from the oil and let it sit for a minute.
