Nutella and Peanut Butter Sandwich are a breakfast favorite and they make excellent lunch boxes. These two jammy delights usually have much more of a mess in common than you’d like, so I find this recipe to be an enjoyable way to exploit the fact they make such a good combo.
Butter one side of each slice of bread, then flip them over so they are butter-side-down.
Half of the slices should be spread with Nutella, while the other half should be spread with peanut butter.
Add sliced banana or berries to the Nutella slice, as well as a pinch of chia seeds (optional).
Place the peanut butter slice on top (butter-side up). Put both sides in a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook until golden. This may need to be done in two batches.
