Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • ½ pound Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 200 gram Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Carrot (chopped)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 Onions (chopped)
  • 2 Bell Peppers (deseeded, chopped)
  • 150 gram All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 sprig Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • ½ teaspoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a skillet with finely chopped onions, garlic, carrots, and bell peppers. When it's done, keep them aside.
  • Add the sautéed veggies, ground beef, ground pork, eggs, and milk or beef broth to a large bowl. Make a loaf of the mixture by mixing well and shaping it. Then coat it with bread crumbs.
  • To cook the meatloaf, place it in a loaf pan and put it in a preheated oven.
  • After removing the meatloaf from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes. Slice the loaf gently.
  • Sauté all the veggies in butter over medium heat to prepare the gravy. For a thicker sauce, add a splash of beef broth mixed with the flour, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve the dish and Enjoy!
