Del Monte Fruit Cocktail Cake is one of my favorite cakes. The fruit cocktail cake is a unique cake that is made with fruit cocktails, whipped topping, and cake mix. It’s very easy to make and only requires basic ingredients ( vanilla extract, sugar, baking soda, and egg).

Ingredients
  

  • Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 16-ounce can Fruit cocktail
  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • ½ Pecans Pecans
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons Butter (cut into small pieces)
  • Grease for the pan

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the oven by preheating it to 375°F. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  • Mix the vanilla, sugar, and egg together.
  • After that, add the flour, baking soda, salt, and fruit cocktail. Combine well.
  • Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan and pour the batter into it.
  • Pecans and brown sugar are sprinkled on top.
  • Then sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
