Ingredients
  

  • 1 (9 inches) Pre-made pie crust (unbaked)
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • ½ cup  Unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups Sugar
  • teaspoon Nutmeg
  • teaspoon Cinnamon
  • teaspoon Salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • The oven should be preheated to 350 degrees. Melt the butter and allow it to cool.
  • Combine the eggs and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.
  • With a hand mixer, mix all remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into a pie crust.
  • Bake the pie at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until it is firm.
