Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup Minced onions
  • ¼ cup Pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 1 packge Egg roll wrappers or spring roll wrappers
  • Egg wash

Dipping Sauce

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Pickle relish
  • 1-2 splashes Red wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch Garlic powder
  • 1 pinch Onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Prepare 1 pound of ground beef by browning it and draining the excess fat.
  • Then add minced onions, pickles, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  • Stir until the American cheese is melted/blended.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Take approximately a third of a cup of the mixture and spread it onto the spring roll wrapper in the center, forming a rectangle that stops around an inch and a half from the left and right edges.
  • Apply the egg wash using a brush across the top of the wrapper. Roll the wrapper from the bottom towards the top, allowing the egg wash to bind the sides.
  • In the air fryer basket, place seam-side down. Spray lightly with oil and cook at 380 F/190 C for 5-8 minutes or until lightly browned, turning halfway through.
  • During the time that the wrappers are cooking in the air fryer, mix together the ingredients for the dipping sauce.
  • Remove the wrappers from the air fryer basket and serve with the dipping sauce.
