Cheesecake Factory Cheeseburger Spring Rolls Recipe
Cheeseburger Spring rolls are a delicious and easy way to make a meal out of just-plain-burger patties and lettuce. It’s also a great way to use up the ingredients in your pantry and to make some healthy, delicious food.
Prepare 1 pound of ground beef by browning it and draining the excess fat.
Then add minced onions, pickles, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
Stir until the American cheese is melted/blended.
Let it cool for a few minutes.
Take approximately a third of a cup of the mixture and spread it onto the spring roll wrapper in the center, forming a rectangle that stops around an inch and a half from the left and right edges.
Apply the egg wash using a brush across the top of the wrapper. Roll the wrapper from the bottom towards the top, allowing the egg wash to bind the sides.
In the air fryer basket, place seam-side down. Spray lightly with oil and cook at 380 F/190 C for 5-8 minutes or until lightly browned, turning halfway through.
During the time that the wrappers are cooking in the air fryer, mix together the ingredients for the dipping sauce.
Remove the wrappers from the air fryer basket and serve with the dipping sauce.
