Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar and onion powder
  • ½ cups Cooking oil (any choice)
  • 3 pounds Chicken wings
  • 2 cups Melted cheese (any choice)
  • ½ teaspoon Lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Mustard powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix all spices together in a bowl (paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, sugar, cayenne pepper, mustard, garlic powder, cumin) and stir well. As a hot dry seasoning, this mixture will be marinated for the wings.
  • To get tender, juicy chicken wings, put the chicken wings in a separate bowl and grease evenly with cooking oil.
  • Then, after lightly greasing the chicken wings with oil, sprinkle the hot rub on all sides and massage with your hands so that the meat gets a uniform and perfect spice coating.
  • Once the crispy layer is ready, place the spices in an aluminum foil-lined baking pan greased with cooking spray and covered with aluminum foil paper.
  • In a preheated oven under 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes, bake the wings until they are crispy and golden.
  • After garnishing the wings with lemon juice, remove the chicken wings and serve them with tossing sauce.
