Ingredients

For The Dill Pickle Lemonade:

  • 8-10 Ounces Mount Olive’s Pickle (Juice Only)
  • Fresh Lemonade
  • 1 Quart Ice
  • Pickles Spears For Garnishing

For The Fresh Lemonade:

  • Sugar, ½ cup 
  • Fresh Lemon Juice From About 10-12 Lemons, 1 cup 
  • Cold Water, 3 cups 

Step By Step Instructions To Make Pickle Lemonade

Step 1

Cut up 10-12 lemons using the cutting board and chef’s knife. To make juicing easier, cut the lemons directly in half.

Step 2

Juice all the lemons in a measuring cup using a lemon juicer. Ensure that no lemon seeds have fallen into the measuring cup, and remove them if they have. If not, cut up and juice more lemons until there is 1 cup of lemon juice.

Pour one cup of lemon juice into the pitcher.

Step 3

Use the measuring cup to measure the cold water. To the pitcher, add the lemon juice and three cups of cold water.

Step 4

Using a measuring cup, measure out 12 cups of sugar. Fill the pitcher with cold water and lemon juice. Use a long mixing spoon to mix it well.

Step 5

Make 10 ounces of pickle juice by measuring 10 ounces of Mount Olive’s Dill Pickles. Put the lemonade in a pitcher. Combine well.

Step 6

Serve in a glass garnished with pickle spears. You’ll love it!
