1cuproasted red peppers (from a jar), drained and chopped
Instructions
Over medium heat, place the oil in a medium-sized pan.
After the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and cook for one minute.
Cook the chopped red pepper for about five minutes until it softens.
Transfer the remaining ingredients, except the sour cream, to a food processor. Drain off any excess liquid.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl as necessary to ensure everything is combined but not completely smooth. Depending on your preference, you may need to add more milk or broth.
When ready to serve, transfer to a serving dish and top with sour cream!
