Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium thinly cut chicken breast
  • 16 oz Fettuccini Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup half and half
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoons salt
  • teaspoons basil leaves
  • ¾ cup mild, finely grated Asiago cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine flour, breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese. In a second bowl, pour the milk.
  • Dip the chicken in milk and then coat it again with breadcrumbs after coating it with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Using a medium-low heat frying pan, cook the breaded chicken until golden brown (internal temperature should be 165°F).
  • Put the chicken on a plate lined with paper towels after removing it from the pan.
  • Make the pasta according to the package instructions and drain it. Keep a cool head.
  • With salt and pepper, steamed broccoli and mushrooms until soft (around 10-15 minutes).
  • Melt butter and add olive oil to a small saucepan.
  • Combine flour with milk and whisk until smooth. Salt, water, and garlic to the mixture. Make sure you stir constantly.
  • Stir well after adding the vinegar.
  • Adding half-and-half sour cream will thicken the mixture. Until smooth, continue stirring.
  • Add the grated Asiago cheese and stir until melted.
  • Add the pasta to the bowls, and top with the sauce, steamed vegetables, and chicken. Add basil and pepper flakes to the top. You'll enjoy it!
