2 cups Sushi Rice (cooked) 6 oz Shrimp ¼ Avocado (sliced) 1 Nori Sheet ½ Cucumber (sliced) 1 Egg (sliced) 4 teaspoons Masago 1 teaspoon Cornstarch 100 ml Cold Water 1 quart Oil (for frying) ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
Poaching Shrimps Peel the shrimp with their tails still attached and clean them.
Using your hands, devein the shrimps.
