Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk I used oat milk
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter unsalted all-natural
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ice cubes if using

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together. For easier blending, add wet ingredients first. If using ice cubes, add them as well.
  • Blend everything until the texture is smooth and silky.
  • It may be necessary to add a little more liquid - milk or water - if the smoothie is too thick. Once everything has been blended well, blend it again.
  • The smoothie may need to be sweetened with additional sweeteners if it is not sweet enough.
  • Make a smoothie glass by pouring the smoothie into it.
  • Topped with bee pollen and goji berries. Here, you can be creative and add toppings of your choice.
  • Chill!
