  • 1 box Spice cake mix
  • 1 cup Water

  • The oven should be preheated to 350 degrees.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the spice cake mix, water, and pumpkin.
  • In a cupcake pan, place cupcake liners and fill each ¾ with the mixture.(Brown sugar or brown sugar substitute can be sprinkled on top of each one if desired.)
  • You should bake the muffins for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
