Anabolic French Toast is the perfect breakfast food. It’s easy to make and good to eat, especially at a wedding or buffet resort. The key ingredients are fresh eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. The combination of eggs, milk, and sugar is really the secret to making French toast, and it’s about as simple as it gets.

Ingredients
  

Anabolic French Toast

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 Whites egg
  • ½ cup Milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar-free syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon The ground cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch salt
  • 4 slices Bread of choice
  • 2 tablespoon Butter or oil (for pan)

Egg White French Toast

  • ½ cup Egg whites

Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Cream Topping (Optional)

  • ½ scoop Protein Powder of Choice
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt (Plain or Fat-Free)
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar-free pudding mix (chocolate or vanilla)

Instructions
 

Anabolic French Toast

  • Combine eggs, egg whites, milk, salt, sugar-free syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt into a baking dish or bowl.
  • Spread egg/milk mixture on both sides of each bread slice. Be sure that each slice is well coated.
  • Add oil or butter to a skillet, frying pan, or griddle on medium to high heat. 
  • Slice bread into single layers and cook in the pan until golden brown on both sides (approximately 2-3 minutes).

Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Cream Topping (Optional)

  • Mix protein powder, Greek yogurt, and pudding mix in a small bowl.
  • Enjoy a dollop of it on your French toast.
