Anabolic French Toast 2 large eggs 2 Whites egg ½ cup Milk of choice 1 tablespoon Sugar-free syrup 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract ¼ teaspoon The ground cinnamon 1 Pinch salt 4 slices Bread of choice 2 tablespoon Butter or oil (for pan) Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Cream Topping (Optional) ½ scoop Protein Powder of Choice ½ cup Greek Yogurt (Plain or Fat-Free) 1 tablespoon Sugar-free pudding mix (chocolate or vanilla)
Anabolic French Toast Combine eggs, egg whites, milk, salt, sugar-free syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt into a baking dish or bowl.
Spread egg/milk mixture on both sides of each bread slice. Be sure that each slice is well coated.
Add oil or butter to a skillet, frying pan, or griddle on medium to high heat.
Slice bread into single layers and cook in the pan until golden brown on both sides (approximately 2-3 minutes).
Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Cream Topping (Optional) Mix protein powder, Greek yogurt, and pudding mix in a small bowl.
