Jollibee Spaghetti Recipe

Jollibee Spaghetti is a deliciously comforting dish, and one of my favorite ways to eat it is with a handful of freshly grated Velveeta cheese.  Spaghetti pasta is prepared by cooking the pasta strands in a sauce, usually tomato sauce, rich with garlic and Velveeta cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Spaghetti pasta
  • 3 15 oz. can Tomato sauce
  • ½ cup Tomato paste
  • 1 pound Minced ham
  • 1 1/2 pounds Ground pork
  • 6 to 8 pieces Red hotdogs sliced diagonally
  • ½ cup Granulated White sugar
  • 1 medium yellow onion minced
  • 2 teaspoons Minced garlic
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Follow the package instructions for cooking the spaghetti pasta. Set aside after it has been drained.
  • In a pot, heat the oil.
  • Add the garlic and onion to the skillet.
  • Then add the ham. Continue cooking for 3 minutes.
  • Stir in the ground pork. Continue cooking for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Place the tomato sauce and beef broth into the mixing bowl. Boil for a few minutes. Let simmer for 60 minutes.
  • Place the hotdogs and tomato paste in a bowl. Combine and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add sugar, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
  • Place each spaghetti pasta on a separate plate. Drizzle the meat sauce over the pasta and top with cheese.
  • Serve. Share. Have fun!
