6 slices Bacon (chopped) ½ cup 1 medium onion (chopped) 1 can-10 1/2 ounces Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or 98% Fat-Free Cream of Mushroom Soup ¾ cup Sour cream 6 tablespoons Butter (melted) 6 cups -about 22 ounces Frozen shredded hash brown potatoes (thawed) 3 cups Broccoli florets ⅓ cup Sliced green onion 1 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese (about 6 ounces) 1/3 cup Panko
Turn the oven on to 350°F. In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon and the onion until the bacon is crispy. Scoop out any fat.
Add the bacon mixture, soup, sour cream, 4 tablespoons butter, broccoli, potatoes, green onions, and cheese to a large bowl.
Add salt and pepper to taste. In a small bowl, mix the panko with the remaining butter.
Pour the potato mixture into a 9x9x2-inch baking dish that has been lightly greased. Sprinkle the panko mixture over the top.
Cook the mixture for 45 minutes, or until it is hot and the panko mixture is golden brown.
