There are lots of sauces around, but most people don’t like them. This is true of all the sauces that you may come across. If you’re a fan of ketchup and hot mustard, then you probably don’t like frilly, sweet sauces.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon finely white onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons  Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Dill pickle juice
  • ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper (tellicherry pepper is best)
  • ¼ teaspoon plus 1/8 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Stir again before serving after chilling for one hour.
  • There are ⅔ cups in this recipe.
