Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon  Vegetable oil

For the rub:

  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Brown sugar-packed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Before seasoning the wings, combine all the rub ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and toss to coat well.
  • To coat chicken wings properly, pour the rub mixture over the wings and massage thoroughly with your hands.
  • A single layer of wings should be spread out on a baking sheet. Remove from the oven after 45 minutes, when they are fully cooked.
  • With your favorite dipping sauce or ranch dressing, serve the crispy chicken wings.
