Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb.  Boneless Chicken Breast (sliced, pounded)
  • ½ cup  All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Cornstarch 
  • teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 teaspoons  Seasoned Salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoon  Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Dried Oregano 
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper Cracked

Instructions
 

  • Season your pounded chicken breast with salt on both sides.
  • Beat the eggs and buttermilk in a small bowl and set it aside.
  • Whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Add cayenne, paprika, onion powder, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, thyme, and black pepper to it after that, and whisk everything together.
  • Put the seasoned chicken into the spice and flour mixture and dredge it. Remove it from the spice mixture and shake it off the excess flavor. Dive into the buttermilk and egg mixture. Then, coat it with the flour and spice mixture and let it sit for a few minutes.
  • Place the chicken pieces gently in the hot oil in the cast-iron skillet. Fry until they are golden and crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove them and drain the excess oil. Serve your Bloomin fried chicken with Brownin onion sauce for dipping.
