Chuck Eye Steak Recipe

Beef chuck-eye steak is almost similar to rib-eye steak. It is a cheap alternative to the rib-eye steak and has an excellent flavor and texture. Furthermore, it is also easy to grill and gets ready in minimum time as compared to other steaks.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 6 oz Chuck eye steaks
  • ¼ cup Grass-fed butter
  • ½ tbsp Minced fresh chives
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Minced Fresno chili
  • Black pepper
  • ½ tsp Minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp Minced fresh parsley
  • Coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Pat dry the steaks. Then season the steaks with black pepper and salt. Use a generous amount. Then place it in a dish or a plate and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Do not cover the dish.
  • Take a bowl. Add the melted grass-fed butter to it. Then add the minced cilantro, Fresno chili, parsley, and chives. Add some black pepper and salt as per your taste. Mix them well. Then mold, cover the bowl, and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  • When the steaks and butter are ready, and seasoned good enough, preheat the grill to a high. Then grill the seasoned steaks on the grill for about 5 minutes on each side. You can also choose to grill for the time as per your liking.
  • Put the steaks in a serving dish. Put one spoon of the herb butter on one steak each. Beef chuck eye steaks are ready. Bon Appetit!
