The roasted pink oyster mushrooms are good to make if you are short on time. Because they take only 30 minutes to get ready. For making roasted pink oyster mushrooms, first clean and sort them. Cut small if needed.
Make sure that the mushrooms are clean. Wipe them with a paper towel. Cut the hard pieces apart with a sharp knife and discard them. Then look if there are any large-sized mushrooms. Cut them into smaller pieces. Keep the small mushrooms intact.
Take a bowl and add sesame oil, olive oil, soy sauce, Chinese five spices, minced garlic, salt, maple syrup, and chili flakes. Mix them to make the marinade.
When the marinade is ready, trickle it down on the pink oyster mushrooms and gently combine them with clean hands. Evenly coat all the mushrooms with the marinade mixture.
Take a baking tray and line it with parchment paper. Then spread the marinade-coated mushrooms on the baking tray evenly. The tray should snug the mushrooms.
Roast the mushrooms in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then take them out. Stir them and return to the oven. Roast again for another 5-10 minutes until they are crispy and golden brown. Take them out. Roasted pink oyster mushrooms are ready. Bon Appetit!
