Fathead Dough Recipe

Fathead dough is one of the keto-friendly doughs that you can use to make such stuff. Made with almond flour and the creamy and cheesy mozzarella cheese and cream cheese, this dough will make you forget all the previous dough experiences.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 oz Cream cheese
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • 2-½ cups Shredded mozzarella
  • 1 large Eggs

Instructions
 

  • Take a large microwaveable bowl. Add cream cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese in it. Melt them in the microwave by heating them at intervals of 30 seconds until fully melted. It will most probably take 60 seconds in total. But to avoid any burning, do it in intervals.
  • When melted handsomely, stir them together to combine. Make a smooth mixture. Then add one large egg to this mixture and stir again to get an even mixture. 
  • Take another bowl and add baking powder and almond flour to it. You can also add any herbs or seasonings if you want. Then mix them all.
  • Mix both dry and wet mixtures and make a dough. Wet your hands and work the dough to form your desired shape for any recipe.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Fathead dough is ready!
