Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Bisquick

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to about 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Grease the muffin pan with a capacity of 12 muffins with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Take a skillet and heat it on medium-high heat. Then add the breakfast sausage to the skillet. Crumble them. Cook until the pink color of the sausage disappears. 
  • When the sausage is cooked, drain the excess fat if any. Let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Take a bowl and add the eggs to it. Lightly beat the eggs and then add Bisquick, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and cooked and cooled sausage. Then mix all these ingredients thoroughly together.
  • When the sausage mixture is ready, pour it into the muffin pan evenly.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until it turns golden brown from the top. Take out the pan carefully and let it cool for some time. Then take out the muffins. Sausage Cheddar Muffins are ready. Serve as pleased. Bon Appetit!
