Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 2 oz (¼ cup) Butter
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Ground cloves
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • On medium flame, heat a skillet. Then add the butter to the skillet and melt it.
  • Once the butter has been melted, add chopped onion and cook them for some time until they are slightly browned.
  • Then add ground beef in the melted butter and onions. Keep cooking the beef until it is properly browned.
  • When the beef has been cooked through, remove any excess fat if needed.
  • Then add all the remaining ingredients. Add water which is enough to cover all the contents of the skillet. Mix everything well.
  • Bring to a simmer and keep simmering for half an hour or until the sauce has thickened and the flavors of all the ingredients have combined and blended well together.
  • Texas hot dog sauce is ready. Serve on grilled hot dogs and steamed buns. Bon Appetit!
