It is an uncomplicated recipe in which you have to thaw and then clean the lobster claws. Marinate them in the lemon aioli. Toate the hot dog buns and add the marinated claws to the bun.
Take out the lobster claws from the freezer and thaw them either in cold water or by placing them in the refrigerator until thawed.
When they are completely thawed, flake the meat of the lobster apart and then look if there is any cartilage or other part that is inedible in the center of the claw. Remove them.
Make the lemon aioli by mixing lemon juice, old bay seasoning, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
Then add the lobster claws in half a cup of this lemon aioli and mix well until the claws are evenly coated with the aioli. Marinate for one hour in the refrigerator.
In a skillet, add some butter and heat the hot dog buns in it. Heat until both sides are toasted and browned beautifully. Alternatively, you can also first butter the outer sides of the buns and then toast them in the skillet. When doing this, do not add additional butter to the skillet.
When the lobsters are ready, fill the meat and claws in the buns. Then add the remaining aioli mixture. Costco lobster claws are ready. Serve them with fries or your favorite dipping sauce. Bon Appetit!
