Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons White sugar
  • 2 ½ tablespoons Clabber Girl Baking Powder
  • 1 cup White Lily All-purpose Flour
  • 1 ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • ½ tablespoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter

For Pancake Topping

  • ½ cup Frozen cranberries
  • 5 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 5 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 4 cups Peeled, sliced Green Apples
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ cup Water

Instructions
 

For Pancake

  • Take a large bowl and add sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder. Whisk all the ingredients to make a homogeneous mixture. 
  • Pour milk, unsalted butter, and egg into the flour mixture. Continue stirring till the flour mixture becomes fluffy and smooth. Avoid over-stirring as well. 
  • Take a non-stick skillet and grease it. Heat it gently on medium flames.
  • Add ¼ cup of batter to the skillet with the help of a scoop. Bake it approximately for 2 ½ minutes till the edges get dried. 
  • Felice over the pancakes to cook the other side as well. Keep cooking until the pancakes turn golden brown. 

For Pancake Topping

  • Peel green apples and slice them into small cubes. 
  • Take a four-quart saucepan and add brown sugar, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, unsalted butter, cranberries, and apple slices into it. Mix all these ingredients and stir in the presence of water.
  • Boil the mixture for about 10 to 12 minutes. Continue steering it till its simmers and half of the liquid is reduced, keep cooking till cranberries and apples are tender.
  • Pour this delicious topping over amazing pancakes and serve them.
