Mango Margarita Recipe

Making a simple but super yummy mango margarita is easy and quick. All you need is to blend 5 ingredients in a blender and your drink is ready to serve. You can make it in almost 10 minutes for many people.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Frozen mangoes (cubed-shaped mango pieces)
  • 3 handsful Ice cubes
  • ¼ cup Lime juice
  • Lime slices (to garnish)
  • 3 ounces Silver tequila
  • 2 ounces Cointreau
  • Sea salt (for glass rims)

Instructions
 

  • Take a blender and add mango cubes, tequila, Cointreau, and lime juice in it. Turn on the blender to blend all the ingredients. Add some ice and blend again to get the drink of your desired consistency. 
  • Keep it aside for a few minutes if the consistency of your mango margarita is very thick. Leaving it at room temperature for some time will make it more drinkable and delicious.
  • This step is optional. But we suggest you do it especially if you want to serve this glass of margarita to someone special or a guest. Take a lime wedge and moisten your glass rims. Then dip the moistened glass rims in the bowl of sea salt. 
  • Pour a delicious thick mango margarita into the glass. Garnish it with a slice of lime and enjoy serving it to your guests.

Recipe Tips

Here are some tips that you need to consider while making a cool mango margarita:
  • Keep frozen mango cubes for a few minutes at room temperature before blending. Doing so will enable you to blend the ingredients easily and nicely.
  • Splash more tequila if you love to have strong cocktails.
  • Make the margarita glass classy by garnishing it with lime and salting the rims.
