Just like any salad, this salad also requires mixing the ingredients. But since chicken is involved, we have to cook it first. So, season and cook the chicken, make salad dressing, and mix the chicken, salad depression, and all the fruits, vegetables, herbs, and raisins together to get this colorful salad.
In a large bowl, place the chicken breasts and add salt, oregano, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika for seasoning. Mix them well so that the chicken is coated with all the seasonings evenly.
Add some oil to a frying pan. On a medium flame, heat this oil. Then add the seasoned chicken to the oil and cook from both sides so that they are golden brown. Take them out of the pan and let them cool unbothered.
Add Dijon mustard, lemon juice, greek yogurt, and mayonnaise in the same bowl and mix them well together.
Meanwhile, the chicken will be cooled down. Cut the cooked chicken into small cubes or pieces.
Add the chicken cubes to the Greek yogurt mixture. Then add raisins and all other fruits and vegetables. Then give them a good mix so that everything is well combined.
In the end, add toasted almonds to the salad and mix them. Then refrigerate the salad.
Refrigerate for more than an hour before you serve the salad. You can garnish it with chopped almonds and dried cranberries. Publix chicken salad is ready. Bon Appetit!
