Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup Frozen blueberries
  • 16 oz (2 cups, low fat) Vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup Sweet granola
  • Mint leaves for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Thaw the frozen berries at room temperature.
  • Since this recipe is for two servings, prepare two parfait cups. Add a layer of vanilla yogurt to the bottom of the parfait cups. (Drizzle some honey for extra sweetness if you want).
  • On the yogurt, layer up the strawberries and then the blueberries.
  • Then pile up the yogurt layer again and berries after the yogurt.
  • In the last step, add the vanilla yogurt, and then add some sweet granola. Garnish with mint leaves or any other garnish you wish. Tasty McDonald's Yogurt Parfait is ready. Serve chilled. Bon Appetit!
