Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Chopped Spinach
  • 1 bag Pizza Dough (frozen)
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoon  Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoon  Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt and Pepper
  • 1 jar Marinara sauce

Instructions
 

  • Take out the pizza dough and put it on a floured surface. Cover the dough with a dish towel to give it a suitable time to rise.
  • Take a saute pan and heat the oil in it. Then, cook minced garlic in it and saute spinach in oil and garlic puree. At heat, spinach loses water. Keep sauteing spinach until all the juice is removed from it. 
  • Turn on the oven to preheat it up to 400 degrees. Pour and mix the spinach mixture with mozzarella, ricotta, and parmesan cheese properly. 
  • Knead the pizza dough with gentle hands and make rectangle-shaped rolls for stromboli. Put filling on one side and slowly roll the rectangular dough. Tuck the sides of the stromboli by pressing it. 
  • Spray olive oil on the stromboli after rolling them. Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, and other seasonings you want to add to it. Pour cheese topping on it.
  • Bake these strombolis in a preheated oven of 400 degrees for half an hour. Strombolis are ready to serve with marinara sauce when it turns brown. Enjoy these hot strombolis with luscious sauce.
