Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz block of cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons easy dry rub
Optional
  • 1-2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • thinly sliced green onion

Instructions
 

  • To smoke pellets, turn the grill on. On a plate with a rim, spread the dry rub. 
  • Rub the dry rub over the cream cheese, gently pressing it in until the entire block is covered. 
  • In a cross-hatch pattern, score the cream cheese block's top.
  • Olive oil spray or drizzle can be used if desired.
  • Transfer to an aluminum pan that can be thrown away.
  • During the smoking process, keep the temperature at 250 degrees for two hours.
  • The dish can be garnished with green onions and honey if desired. It is delicious and served with Ritz crackers and French bread!
