Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Salted Butter
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 8 cloves Garlic, diced
  • ¼ cup Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Adding diced onions after all of the butter has melted is the next step. After 3 minutes, add diced garlic and continue cooking in the butter.
  • Red pepper flakes, cajun seasoning, old bay, onion powder, and brown sugar are all recommended. Combine all ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
  • After that, add the chicken stock. To thicken, bring the sauce to a boil and simmer for six to eight minutes.
  • Serve overcooked seafood with lemon juice and parsley. You can use any leftovers as a dipping sauce.
