Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese
  • Parsley for garnish – if desired

Instructions
 

  • 350 degrees Fahrenheit is the recommended temperature for the oven.
  • Add all-purpose flour, seasoned salt, cayenne pepper, and ground black pepper to a mixing bowl.
  • Dredge the wings in flour after cutting them.
  • If you are using a deep fryer or a large pot, heat the oil to 350 degrees. Drain the wings on a wire rack after deep frying for about five to seven minutes. You can fry five or six wings at a time, depending on the size of your pot. To ensure that the wings cook evenly, stir them once during cooking.
  • Brown the wings just until they start to brown. It takes about 15 minutes to cook wings.
  • Melt the butter and garlic powder in a small saucepan to prepare the sauce. After the wings have finished cooking, place them into a large bowl. v
  • Melt the butter and add half of the Parmesan cheese. Make sure the wings are well coated with the garlic butter before pouring them over. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top of the wings before serving.
