Wingstop Cajun Fried Corn Recipe

The corn is coated in a spicy batter and then fried to perfection. Serve it with some ranch dressing or hot sauce for an extra kick. You can also add some chopped green onions or jalapeños to the batter for even more flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ears of corn on the cob
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, see notes
  •  Ranch dressing, for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Take the husk and silk off of the corn and cut it into four pieces, each about 2-3 inches wide.
  • Add the Cajun seasoning
  • Make sure the corn is fully coated with butter before tossing it with the butter.
  • Cook the corn in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket every five minutes, at 400 degrees. Brown the corn before serving.
  • Serve hot with ranch dressing for dipping after removing from the air fryer.
