4piecesboneless skinless chicken thighs pounded to even thickness

Flour Mixture
1cupall-purpose flour
3tablespoonscornstarch
1tablespoonpaprika powder

Spicy Mayo
1/2cupmayonnaise
2tablespoonsSriracha or your choice of hot sauce
To assemble
cooking oil for frying
4burger buns lightly toasted with butter
lettuce, tomato, and/or pickles sliced, or your choice of toppings
Instructions
Make a large bowl by whisking together flour, cornstarch, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
Mix the mixture with a fork after adding two tablespoons of marinade. Mix the flour and water together and dredge the chicken in it, making sure each piece is evenly covered. Mayonnaise and Sriracha are mixed together to prepare the sauce.
In a deep skillet, heat the oil to 325°F (165°C). It takes about 3-4 minutes to fry the chicken on each side, or until it's golden brown. Cook the thickest part of the chicken to 165 degrees Fahrenheit (75 degrees Celsius).
Spread the spicy mayo generously on both sides of the buns and top with your favorite toppings. You can serve it right away and enjoy it!
