Steakhouse Potato Salad Recipe

It is a nice alternative to other potato salads because it’s made with just potatoes, onion, and a few other ingredients. This potato salad recipe is great for any season and is especially good for those cold winter days.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds unpeeled red potatoes
  • 3/4 cup Kraft Mayo with Olive oil or Miracle Whip dressing
  • 1/4 cup Kraft classic or original Ranch dressing
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, optional
  • 1 cup Kraft finely shredded Cheddar cheese, mild or sharp
  • 4 green onions

Instructions
 

  • Cut the potatoes into small cubes of 1 inch. Make sure potatoes are fork-tender but not mushy by placing them in a large pot, covering them with water, and cooking them until they are tender but not mushy.
  • After draining the potatoes, chill them for at least one hour in the refrigerator.
  • Use the entire onion, white and green parts, and dice it up small.
  • In a small bowl, mix the dressings together.
  • Remove the cold potatoes from the refrigerator. Combine all the ingredients with the potatoes and gently mix to coat.
  • Make sure to refrigerate until serving time.
