It is a nice alternative to other potato salads because it’s made with just potatoes, onion, and a few other ingredients. This potato salad recipe is great for any season and is especially good for those cold winter days.
3/4cupKraft Mayo with Olive oil or Miracle Whip dressing
1/4cupKraft classic or original Ranch dressing
6slicesbacon, cooked and crumbled, optional
1cupKraft finely shredded Cheddar cheese, mild or sharp
4green onions
Instructions
Cut the potatoes into small cubes of 1 inch. Make sure potatoes are fork-tender but not mushy by placing them in a large pot, covering them with water, and cooking them until they are tender but not mushy.
After draining the potatoes, chill them for at least one hour in the refrigerator.
Use the entire onion, white and green parts, and dice it up small.
In a small bowl, mix the dressings together.
Remove the cold potatoes from the refrigerator. Combine all the ingredients with the potatoes and gently mix to coat.
