Boom Boom Sauce Recipe
Boom Boom Sauce is a savory sauce made from mayonnaise, garlic, and sweet chili sauce. It's quite easy to make and has many different uses. It is typically used with meat, chicken, and fish dishes.It’s perfect for pasta, chicken wings, popcorn, and more.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise (I prefer Dukes)
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Once ready to serve, cover and refrigerate.
