Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, Grated
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (Under high temperatures, the melted cheese has a delicious cheese blend flavor.)
  • 1/2 cup (Real) Mayonnaise
  • 4 whole Green Onions, White, And Light Green Parts Minced
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 loaf of Crusty French Bread( For example, you can buy fresh bread in the grocery store. It should be cut in half longways so it can be seen. )
  • 1 stick butter(Spread over top of the bread halves after being salted and softened.)
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Finely Minced

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cheese, green onions, and mayonnaise.
  • Season with salt and keep in the fridge until needed.
  • Divide the loaf of bread in half, then cut each half in half again.
  • Stir 1/4 of the minced garlic into melted butter as you cook each quarter loaf.
  • In the skillet, place one of the 1/4 loaves face down and swirl to soak up the butter and garlic.
  • Remove the garlic from the skillet if it begins to brown too quickly when toasting the bread.
  • Add the remaining garlic, butter, and bread to the pan and continue to cook.
  • Put cheese mixture in a 425-degree oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
  • Slice the bread and serve it.
