This recipe uses shredded chicken, Dried Oregano, onion, tomatoes, lime juice, Cumin, Cream Style Corn, and whole Kernel Corn as its main ingredient which makes it even more delicious!
2cans of Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies Rotel (10 oz each)
1canCream Style Corn (15 oz)
1canWhole Kernel Corn (15 oz)
1can of Black Beans (15 oz)
1poundShredded Cooked Chicken
1Lime juiced

Instructions
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Until the onions are tender, sauté them for 5 minutes. Once the minced garlic is aromatic, add it to the pan and cook for 1 minute.
Salt, cumin, and oregano are then added.
Using a blender, blend two cans of Cannellini beans (without draining them first).
After adding the pureed beans, remaining can of cannellini beans, diced tomatoes, cream-style corn, whole corn, and black beans, as well as shredded chicken to the pot, the pot was ready to serve. Add the cans to the pot without draining them.
Add all the ingredients to the soup and stir well to combine. Simmer the soup for approximately 15-20 minutes until it is combined and heated through.
After that, add the lime juice. If necessary, add more salt at this point. Make it your own by adding your favorite toppings!
