Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Russet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 8 ounces canned cheese sauce
  • 4 ounces sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Prepare potatoes by washing and peeling them. Cut potatoes into cubes of ½ to ¾ inches.  After rinsing the potatoes, pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • 350 degrees Fahrenheit is the optimal temperature for deep frying.
  • Add flour, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper to a medium bowl to prepare seasoned flour for potatoes.
  • Using the flour, coat the potato chunks well. Place the deep fryer into the deep fryer after sifting off the excess seasoned flour.
  • Until golden brown, deep fry the potatoes for about 10 to 12 minutes. Using a wire rack, drain the potatoes after they have been fried.
  • Serve potatoes topped with 1 ounce of sour cream and 2 ounces of cheese sauce.
