Hamburger Mushroom Bake Recipe

It’s no secret that mushrooms are far and away the most delicious of all foods, especially when they’re made into a delicious, savory-tasting mushroom bake. In this post I’m going to show you how to make this amazing Hamburger Mushroom Bake by combining the magic with some mushrooms.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 1 lb. Sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter unsalted
  • 6 oz. Cream cheese softened
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. Seasoning salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions
 

  • The oven should be preheated to 350 degrees.
  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet, adding salt and pepper to taste. Remove any excess fat and set it aside.
  • Melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat on a stove.
  • Sauté the mushrooms in the skillet until they are tender.
  • Add the minced garlic, parsley, pepper, and seasoning salt to taste, and saute for another minute.
  • Using a food processor or blender, blend the cream cheese and eggs until smooth.
  • Fill a well-greased 9x9 baking dish with the ground beef mixture and pour the cream cheese sauce over it.
  • On top of the meat mixture, add the mushrooms.
  • Then bake for 20 minutes.
  • Garnish with parmesan and serve.
