Ingredients
  

  • ½ teaspoon Butter
  • 2 teaspoon Fennel seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Flat leaf (Italian) parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Aioli 
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 cans Tuna, smoked, 185g each, drained (Main)
  • 410 g Whole kernel sweetcorn, drained
  • 2 Carrots, peeled and diced
  • ½ Red capsicums, seeded and diced
  • 2 Spring onions, finely chopped
  • 2 Eggs, hard-boiled, chopped
  • 200 g Mung bean sprouts
  • 2 cups Baby cos lettuce, torn

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter in a pan and toast the fennel seeds for one to two minutes. Put the ingredients in a large bowl and set them aside.
  • Mix the seeds with parsley, aioli, and mayonnaise.
  • Combine the remaining ingredients except for the lemon wedges.
  • Combine the ingredients and divide them among 4 plates. Serve with crusty bread, lemon wedges, and fresh chili flakes.
