½ teaspoon Butter 2 teaspoon Fennel seeds 2 tablespoons Flat leaf (Italian) parsley, chopped 2 tablespoons Aioli 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise 2 cans Tuna, smoked, 185g each, drained (Main) 410 g Whole kernel sweetcorn, drained 2 Carrots, peeled and diced ½ Red capsicums, seeded and diced 2 Spring onions, finely chopped 2 Eggs, hard-boiled, chopped 200 g Mung bean sprouts 2 cups Baby cos lettuce, torn
Heat butter in a pan and toast the fennel seeds for one to two minutes. Put the ingredients in a large bowl and set them aside.
Mix the seeds with parsley, aioli, and mayonnaise.
Combine the remaining ingredients except for the lemon wedges.
Combine the ingredients and divide them among 4 plates. Serve with crusty bread, lemon wedges, and fresh chili flakes.
