Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or avocado oil)

Instructions

  • To begin, scrub the potatoes and make sure they're dried off before cutting.
  • Prepare the potatoes by cutting them into cubes. To make a long, oval shape, cut the potato in half from top to bottom. Place the potatoes on their flat side and cut them into 1/2 inch logs. Next, dice the potatoes by cutting them into 1/2-inch cubes.
  • Place the diced potatoes in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and coat with spices. Mix well to evenly coat the potatoes.
  • Place the diced potatoes in the air fryer basket. Cook diced potatoes at 400F for 23 minutes.
  • During the last 10 minutes of the air fryer time, stop the air fryer basket and give it a good shake. To ensure crispy potatoes, shake it 2-3 times in the last 10 minutes.
  • Serve immediately and Enjoy.
