Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb bone-in chicken wings
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan (plus more for serving)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black peppe
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Caesar dressing (for dipping)

Instructions
 

  • The oven should be preheated to 400 degrees and a metal rack should be placed on a large rimmed baking sheet. Toss the wings with Oil and Season the wings with Salt and pepper.
  • Place wings on a metal rack and bake for 50 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  • Make the sauce: Combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl. Toss wings until they are completely coated.
  • Serve with Caesar dressing and sprinkled with Parmesan.
