3/4cupfreshly grated Parmesan (plus more for serving)
1/4cupvegetable oil
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black peppe
1stickmelted butter
2tablespoonfreshly chopped parsley
1teaspoonred pepper flakes
Caesar dressing (for dipping)
Instructions
The oven should be preheated to 400 degrees and a metal rack should be placed on a large rimmed baking sheet. Toss the wings with Oil and Season the wings with Salt and pepper.
Place wings on a metal rack and bake for 50 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Make the sauce: Combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl. Toss wings until they are completely coated.
Serve with Caesar dressing and sprinkled with Parmesan.
